General

Please complete the consent form accurately to ensure the most effective treatment. Our experienced therapists are well skilled at giving you the optimal treatment with the correct laser settings for your skin profile.

Peach Aesthetics (PTY) Ltd reserves the right of admission.

We hold the right to correct any price that may occur in error in our pricing menu or social media posts.

Shave

For effective and pain-free laser hair removal, the area being treated needs to be cleanly shaven within 24 hours of your appointment. Please note that our therapists at Peach Aesthetics will not shave any areas being treated. If the area is not cleanly shaved, the treatment will unfortunately not be carried out. We may reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee will be applicable.

Cancellations

You may cancel an appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will render you liable to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of your total appointment cost.

We will confirm your appointment 48 hours prior by either SMS, email or a WhatsApp message. You may confirm your booking, reschedule or cancel your booking without any cancellation fee.

In the mutually understanding situation where you or we are unable to fulfil your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or power outages, we would reschedule your existing appointment at no cancellation or late arrival fee.

Late Arrival & No-Show

Please notify your therapist if you are or going to be late for your appointment. Arriving late will result in the treatment being shortened as we may have other clients scheduled at upcoming time slots.

If we are unable to perform the treatment within the remainder of the appointed time, we may, unfortunately, have to reschedule your appointment.

In the event that you do not present yourself for an appointment and no communication is made to Peach Aesthetics prior to your appointment, you will be liable to pay the full cost your appointment.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods: cash, debit/credit card and EFT.

If you are making payment via EFT, please ensure that payment is made 3-5 working days prior to your appointment to allow us to verify that the payment was successful. Please use your name as the reference in the EFT.

Please email your proof of payment to info@peachaesthetics.co.za.

If the payment does not reflect in our account on the day of your appointment, you may still come for your appointment. However, you will be asked to pay the full amount of the appointment via cash/card which would be reimbursed to you once the EFT reflects in our bank account.

Refunds

In the event of a refund being required for an electronic payment (EFT or credit/debit card payment), we will process the refund electronically and are unable to do a cash refund. Please allow 2-5 working days for any electronic refunds to be processed and reflect in your bank account.
